Further action for complaints about matters other than audits

If you are dissatisfied with VAGO’s handling of the complaint, you have the right to ask for reconsideration of the complaint by the Deputy Auditor-General. Such a request should be made in writing by to the address provided above.

If you are still dissatisfied with the outcome of your complaint, you may make a complaint to the Victorian Ombudsman regarding administrative action taken by the Office (but not the Auditor-General, who is exempt).

The Ombudsman asks that, before making a complaint to his office, people try first to resolve their concerns with the organisation concerned.
