We are seeking graduates keen to join an organisation that
recognises and rewards initiative and ability.
At VAGO you will be fully supported through learning and
development opportunities enabling you to develop all-round audit
and consulting skills.
Graduates are provided with various opportunities for
professional development as an auditor, including a comprehensive
induction, formal and on-the-job training and opportunities to
build professional networks.
As part of our Graduate program, you will join a structured 12
month learning and development program and then you will be
provided with an ongoing role once you have completed the program.
In addition to the structured Graduate Program, you’ll also
participate in our mentoring program were you will be matched with
an experienced staff member to provide you with reassuring support
Financial audit graduates will also be fully
supported in attaining membership of a professional accountancy
body such as ICAA or CPAA.
But it doesn’t end there….we also provide
generous support including 100 per cent fee reimbursement and study
leave for any approved further career-related study goals you set
