Results of financial statement audits for agencies with other than 30 June 2006 balance dates
Overview
The results from the annual attest audits of financial statements and performance statements prepared by public sector entities are summarised for Parliament in two reports each year. The first report covers entities with a 30 June balance date, and is generally tabled in the first half of the following year. This second report covers all other entities, and includes the status of audits not previously finalised. It marks the end of the 2006 annual financial audit cycle.
The report summarises the results of our financial audits of 135 entities, including the state’s universities and technical and further education (TAFE) institutes and their associated entities, as well as the State’s alpine resorts and several other small entities.
