Major civic projects : work in progress

The audit focused on four publicly-funded major civic projects, namely: Melbourne Exhibition Centre; Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre; Regent Theatre refurbishment; State Library Redevelopment. The audit addressed whether a sound framework had been established to prioritise projects in line with Government policy objectives. The audit also addressed whether the selected projects had been effectively managed and had met expected outcomes.
