Overview
This Second Report contains audit observations and recommendations arising out of the audits of departments and public bodies declared in accordance with the Annual Reporting Act 1983 and in respect of which an audit opinion was provided prior to 30 September 1984. It also includes audit observations and recommendations on a number of other statutory bodies which have not been declared under the above Act but which the Auditor-General is required by law to audit.
