Work contracts overview : second report

This Report follows on from Special Report No. 1 and includes details of reviews of procedures adopted in respect of the four works contracts selected for review. The contracts cover: Footscray Technical School; Police Academy - Indoor Physical Training Complex at Glen Waverley; State Swimming Centre; the sewerage reticulation project of the Melbourne and Metropolitan Board of Works.
